2 cups of water
A pinch of cloves
3-4 cardamom pods
1 inch of ginger, sliced
A pinch of Kaala Jeera (Bitter Cumin)
1/4 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sugar (or more if preferred)
Combine Ingredients:
In a blender, add 2 glasses of milk and 1 glass of water.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt.
Blend:
Add 1 glass of ice to the blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Optional:
If desired, add a small squeeze of lemon for a hint of citrus flavor.
Serve:
Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
