2 cans of starkest tuna fish (chunk light)
½ yellow onion, diced
2 teaspoons of mustard oil
¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
2 green Indian chili peppers, chopped
1 dried red chili pepper, chopped
½ salt (to taste)
Prepare the Tuna:
Strain the water from the canned tuna and add the tuna to a bowl.
Prepare the Vegetables and Spices:
Dice the yellow onion and add it to the bowl with the tuna.
Slightly chop and grind the dried red chili peppers. Add them to the bowl.
Add the chopped fresh cilantro to the bowl.
Mix Ingredients:
Add mustard oil to the bowl (to taste).
Add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly by hand until well combined.
Store or Serve:
Refrigerate the mixture to store for a few days.
Otherwise, enjoy immediately!
